We’re proud to partner with Project Sunshine, a nonprofit organization that provides free educational, recreational and social programs to children facing medical challenges.
While Project Sunshine has an active and engaged donor base, the volunteer-driven organization supplements donations with an online shop, containing branded items ranging from jewelry to toys.
Project Sunshine needed an expert logistics team to ensure fundraising items are delivered as needed. Since this organization is based out of New York, our team is happy to volunteer our time and expertise.
Our involvement is two-fold: warehouse storage and delivery. Our warehouse is maintaining inventory for Project Sunshine, so items are ready to ship as soon as the nonprofit gets the order. Our logistics team shipped the first batch of product in December to a group of volunteers at Brown University.
In the past, we’ve contributed funds to various worthy organizations, but this partnership is the first time our team has donated our time and expertise. It’s an exciting opportunity for us! We’re happy to be able to help an important cause by focusing on what we’re good at – logistics – while they can focus on what they’re good at – bringing sunshine to the children who need it most.
